Traditionally, estate agents have had a bad press but in the case of Curchods Guildford, Garry Collins and Joe Teed in particular, that would be grossly unfair - they were simply superb in every respect - courteous, communicative, helpful, professional and responsive. And, most importantly, they found us several buyers very quickly and helped direct us to those who were excellently positioned to proceed, as well as being honourable, patient and understanding, and who stood by their (increased) offer steadfastly. We never felt out of the picture at all or that we weren’t listened to - no praise would be too high - everyone should hope for these guys to be on their side, managing their sale. Shame they couldn’t act on our purchase too!

Garry and his team are extremely professional and without their determination and persistence I honestly don't think we would have managed to get our sale and finally exchange of contracts over the line. Garry especially went far beyoond his remit to make this deal happen and did not only his appointed work, but also agents below him in the chain, constantly chasing progress and reporting back to us, often on a daily basis and his reassurance at times was very helpful and appreciated. Thanks once again to Garry and his team and their sterling efforts marketing and selling our property. I would recommend Curchods as their knowledge and expertise in the Guildford and surrounding areas property market is excellent and their friendly but very professional manner as well as their patience was hugely appreciated. Over the years, I've had quite a bit of involvement Curchods - we purchased our house from them, have had valuations from them due to changes in the property and have recently used them to sell. Throughout this entire process, the team have been professional, proactive and responsive with regards to ensuring the property sold. The sale of the property as not been straightforward, but I cannot fault the agents and have gone above and beyond to ensure the sale exchanged and making a challenging time as painless as possible.
