Traditionally, estate agents have had a bad press but in the case of Curchods Guildford, Garry Collins and Joe Teed in particular, that would be grossly unfair - they were simply superb in every respect - courteous, communicative, helpful, professional and responsive. And, most importantly, they found us several buyers very quickly and helped direct us to those who were excellently positioned to proceed, as well as being honourable, patient and understanding, and who stood by their (increased) offer steadfastly. We never felt out of the picture at all or that we weren’t listened to - no praise would be too high - everyone should hope for these guys to be on their side, managing their sale. Shame they couldn’t act on our purchase too!
