Joe was extremely helpful when I enquired about a property to rent, he answered all my questions thoroughly and I agreed to view the property the following day. When I found my place to rent, I have given them a list of things that needs to be completed before I move in, including garden clearance! They included all of that in the contract and also completed them before I moved in. I have rented many places with different agencies before, but none of them is close to Burns and Webber, in terms of Service, Communication, taking care of tenant needs. There is really no hidden charges. Especially during this most difficult situation (COVID lockdown), they have taken care of all my needs - communication with landlord to negotiate rent, extending the tenancy agreement understanding my situation etc. 5 Stars!
