We recently sold our flat through Burns and Webber and due to our chain falling through on our purchase side we ended up losing a couple of buyers. Burns and Webber never gave up and worked tirelessly to find us a new buyer each time. They provided pragmatic advice on presenting our flat and kept us in the loop at all times.
