Amy Patfield, Lettings Manager, provided a host of information and advice when I came to her with some rental questions. Having not moved for several years her knowledge of the current property market and rental regulations plus her willingness to assist even though the property I was enquiring about was outside of Guildford, was so lovely and really appreciated. I would not hestiate in recommending friends or family to speak to Amy and her team if they were thinking of moving or putting their property up for rent. They really do know their stuff!

We had an excellent experience with Burns & Webber. Our house was well-photographed and sold quickly. As the transaction progressed, Elinor kept us up to date and worked hard chasing up and down the chain to cross the line and get contracts exchanged.

We recently bought our new home through Burns and Webber in Guildford and the sale went incredibly smoothly. Bertie dealt with our purchase and he collaborated with our solicitor to complete the purchase in a very short time to enable us to beat the March stamp duty deadline(which subsequently changed!) Our calls were always answered and queries delay with. Bettie has a great knowledge of the local property market. We can highly recommend them if you are buying or selling.
