From my first encounter with Amy and Laura in the Lettings department at Guildford Burns and Webber I have been so impressed by the professional , efficient and caring service I have received on behalf of my 90 year old father. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have gone beyond the call of duty in making things work for us. Even collecting the keys and it being COVID ‘style’ handover I was welcomed by a smiling face. Once inside the flat it was an unexpected surprise to find a new home card and a box of goodies which dad had great fun delving into !! Thank you both so much and also your sales staff who also always made me welcome when I visited your office.

friendly and extremely helpful staffs. It’s very rare to have letting agencies who listen and give priority to tenants needs. When I found my place to rent, I have given them a list of things that needs to be completed before I move in, including garden clearance! They included all of that in the contract and also completed them before I moved in. One of the best agencies, giving 5 stars for their timely response and giving priority to the tenants! +++++++++ Writing the below after renting a house with them for more than a year. I have rented many places with different agencies before, but none of them is close to Burns and Webber, in terms of Service, Communication, taking care of tenant needs. There is really no hidden charges. Especially during this most difficult situation (COVID lockdown), they have taken care of all my needs - communication with landlord to negotiate rent, extending the tenancy agreement understanding my situation etc. 5 Stars!

I have been very pleased with the service I received from the team at Burns and Webber Guildford - Edward, Elinor and Bertie in particular- and am very happy to recommend them. They managed to sell my house quickly and efficiently 5 times before I finally completed, I was hugely unlucky to have 4 sales fall through at various stages and this was through no fault of mine or Burns and Webber. I was just very unlucky, but the team in Guildford kept picking me up, encouraging me to keep going until, to the delight of us all, the 5th sale completed! First class service! We were extremely pleased with the service provided by the lettings team. Everything has been handled in a professional and friendly manner since the initial phone call. The lettings negotiator, Joe, was extremely helpful and responsive from beginning to end, his professionalism at the forefront of his responses at all times. The administration team were always prompt to respond and helpful in assisting with all the documents and relevant information. When we moved in to our new house we found that the team had signed a lovey welcome card, which is such a simple gesture but so meaningful! Can’t praise or recommend them enough!

Amy and Joe who I dealt with were nothing but professional, but in a very friendly manner. We just clicked and I felt nothing was too much trouble and felt like I was chatting to a friend rather than an estate agent. I was kept well informed all through either by phone or email. What really made it for me was when Joe told me we had secured the house and Amy made a point of coming on the phone to congratulate me as she knew how excited i was and how much it meant.... again it was like i was chatting to a mate. They really made what can be a stressful process (and there were moments) easy, smooth and a pleasure. Thank you guys, highly recommended 👍🏡
