Have recently re-let my flat through Burns & Webber, and have to say I'm incredibly impressed with the letting team there. Amy and Kyo in particular were so energetic, enthusiastic, professional and understood what I was looking for really quickly. They were able to advertise the property quickly and arranged appropriate viewings immediately - I managed to find a new tenant within days of letting through them where I had been struggling with my previous agent. The main thing I look for from an agent is diligent, clear and timely communication without the need for me to keep on top of them, and B&W are first class in this area too - very prompt responses and calls to keep me informed and up to date.
