David recently came out to see us at our home to perform a house appraisal, he was polite, knowledgeable, charming and filled us with absolute confidence that we were making the right choice in choosing DB Roberts to list our property. He answered all our questions even if some of them were probably quite silly and unnecessary. When he arrived with us, he had prepared in advance and researched the current market in our local area, he really was fabulous. We look forward to working with Dave to achieve a smooth and quick sale. Thanks so much Dave .
