Highly recommend Doug Webster at DDM Estate Agents. Friendly, professional and approachable, Doug made everything easy to understand and was a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated his help and the personal service he provided, great at dealing with first time buyers. Thanks, Doug!

Liza and Doug have been very professional with a great friendly touch. They have kept my wife and I fully informed and answered any queries promptly. Highly recommend the team at DDM Residential in Grimsby.

Very friendly staff. Fantastic communication.

The purchase of this house was made very easy thanks to Lee and his team. They were always available to answer questions and offer help throughout the process. Lee provided excellent advice and guidance on a number of matters, including sharing his knowledge of the local area. On our second viewing we met Victoria, who was also extremely helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about the area. Communication was consistently good, and we were kept updated and informed at every stage. Thank you both for your support.

From start to finish dealing with DDM has been great, always answer the phone promptly. All the staff we have spoken to have been very helpful. Most of our dealings were with Doug Webster manager at DDM he has been exceptional at keeping us in the loop throughout the process explaining things to us and making this difficult at times process easier. Thank you Doug and the team at DDM. I would highly recommend them.

Just want to say a big thanks to Doug Webster at the Grimsby branch. He has worked so hard to complete the sale of my property, chasing up solicitors and buyers (almost daily this week!) on my behalf. Thanks to Doug and all his team x

Hats off to Doug Webster at DDM Grimsby for providing the kind of service that we desperately want and need from agents - but almost never get! Doug's communication, positivity, willingly-given help, and continued support are outstanding and invaluable, going way beyond the 'extra mile'. People who you really trust - and have total confidence in - are few and far between. But Doug's one, 100%.
