The service is fantastic, DDM are always quick to respond to any problems and they are resolved swiftly. The team are approachable and friendly and keep to times when visiting the property for yearly viewings plus offer flexibility around work. They always consult you so you feel your rental is your home. Checks and updates that are required are kept up to date and you feel secure knowing that anything that requires assistance they are a phone call away. I would recommend renting properties from DDM’s.

I recently have bought a house marketed by DDM. I was extremely impressed by their efficiency, responsiveness and expertise. Staff were friendly and reassuring. I primarily dealt with Doug - who was always very helpful, courteous and firmly persistent when prompting was required; however, on the few occasions when he was not available, Lexi provided excellent service and was able to pick up matters very effectively. All an excellent sign of good communication within the company. I would definitely approach DDM were I to be looking to sell.
