Lisa and Doug at DDM ensured this was an amazingly quick sale with a good price achieved and no glitches, apart from a minor delay picking up the keys at the start of the sale. Nevertheless highly recommended for attentive service and a stress free sale.

This was my first house sale and after my initial estate agents weren’t really getting me any viewings, I went with a friend’s recommendation to contact DDM’s. When Lisa came round to explain how DDM’s operated, the large portfolio of investor buyers they have and daily reviews of sales, I had no hesitation choosing them. Lisa also posts sales on her personal facebook profile, as well as DDM's and also did a walk through video of my property. My mid-terrace in David Street, Grimsby was eventually bought by investor buyers, but only after months of them offering me completions without exchanging, cancelled removals and the solicitors I now regret choosing being anything but proactive or seemingly even interested in completing. Lee handled a very difficult, protracted situation very well and when required, both Lexi and Doug stepped in to either send firm, well drafted emails to all concerned or speak directly with the buyer’s representatives, whilst not putting the sale in jeopardy. DDM’s were professional throughout, in a particularly difficult sale and I would suggest this is why they are still going strong, around 140 years after being established. Highly recommend and I can’t thank them enough.
