Josh was the first person we had communication with when he valued our house and his friendly attitude and helpful knowledge was enough to know we wanted to sell our house with DBRoberts. Since then everyone has been so helpful, especially Sam, Bria and Jay who we have had most contact with during the selling process. Cannot fault their great communication whether it was via email or over the phone, always providing updates as soon as any information was available. They showed commitment to booking in viewings around our availability, and didn’t fail to chase up those booked in for viewings and making offers.
