Josh was the first person we had communication with when he valued our house and his friendly attitude and helpful knowledge was enough to know we wanted to sell our house with DBRoberts. Since then everyone has been so helpful, especially Sam, Bria and Jay who we have had most contact with during the selling process. Cannot fault their great communication whether it was via email or over the phone, always providing updates as soon as any information was available. They showed commitment to booking in viewings around our availability, and didn’t fail to chase up those booked in for viewings and making offers. They provided more than enough information to help us make the best informed decisions when listing our house and reviewing/accepting offers, they have very good knowledge on the area and the property market, we are so grateful for everyone in the team, thank you so much for making letting go of our first ever home a little bit easier.
