We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Joshua, the Area Valuer at DB Roberts, for the outstanding service he provided throughout our journey of finding our new home and even valuing our own home. From the very beginning, Joshua was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. His honest advice, valuable guidance, and genuine support made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier and more manageable. We particularly appreciated his transparency and honest feedback, which gave us confidence in every decision we made. Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and he was always happy to answer our questions and offer reassurance when needed. Thank you, Joshua, for your dedication, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. We are truly grateful for all your help and would highly recommend both you and DB Roberts to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A well-deserved 5-star service!
