We used DDM when we moved to Grimsby 2 and a half years ago. Manager Doug Webster was the main contact at that time. We decided to use DDM again to move away. Doug was again the main contact. Doug was extremely kind, professional, supportive and helpful. In our opinion he went above and beyond to help the sale complete. He was emailing solicitors regularly to get and keep things moving throughout what appeared to be a complex situation at the bottom of the chain. He kept us up to date at all times via email or phone. We met some of his team who were also extremely helpful. Not surprising with the influence of a manager like Doug.
