Our experience with this agency was extremely disappointing and stressful. We met the stated income requirements, provided all requested documents, including payslips, bank statements, and an NHS contract, and paid a holding deposit in good faith. Despite this, our application was later declined due to their internal referencing system and affordability criteria. We were particularly concerned that my wife’s verified income was disregarded simply because she was on maternity leave, which felt unfair and discriminatory. We were also told that my zero-hour contract meant our income could not be verified, even though full evidence was provided. To make matters worse, the agency refused to refund our holding deposit, despite their own agreement stating that a refund is due when references are insufficient but information is accurate. This caused us significant financial loss and emotional distress, especially as we have a newborn baby and were relying on this move. Communication was poor, and our concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I would advise others to be very cautious before paying a holding deposit to this agency and to ensure you fully understand how your application will be assessed.
