Having recently gone through the process of buying my first home, I was hugely relieved to have been appointed Kelly at the Scunthorpe branch as my point of contact. Not only was she extremely patient with some of my often very naïve questions, but she was also very prompt with her telephone and email communications in keeping me up to speed with developments. Kelly's friendly, caring and understanding nature put me at great ease over the inevitable stresses that come about from buying a first home.
