Disappointing, uniformed, lazy service. To summarise; the service you should expect from this letting agency is that they will provide an outstanding job of simply unlocking a door and taking commission. Letting agent had no knowledge of the property, tax bands, agreements with landlord, etc. Was late to multiple of our appointments. No professionalism. We were fed promises in order to get us to put down deposit. None of the promises were kept to. Manager helped to soothe some of the issues with the let. However, simply promising to fix some of the issues and then not actually doing anything doesn't actually solve the issue. I wouldn't recommend using Balgores. It was our first time renting, for our second time we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

For anyone who changes there mind about moving they spam you with emails to get you to sell your house cuz they don’t care about you they care about the money

DO NOT ever use this agency to market your property they look to sell it Fast by UNDERVALUING your property, and when you ask for a marketing update they REJECT your property from the market claiming yours is over valued, which is mental considering the house 10 doors along which is comparable sold for only 5k less than your asking AND you already said you were flexible to 10K on your price for a NEWLY refurbished property ! AVOID AVOID AVOID Balgores are awful

We were not told for a month about sellers pulling out. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Being a first time seller, our experience has been awful and we regret choosing balgores over the other estate agents. From day one they got our strategy wrong by over pricing our property, leading us into false hope. This resulted in 2 weeks of wasted time, no viewings and the start of our frustrations. Our house was described as an 'easy sell', after 3 months on the market we received just 6 viewings and no offers. Did it improve from there on? Unfortunately not, the experience of the staff was clearly not apparent, communication breakdown between staff and ourselves were a constant presence and the overall service and experience has been a nightmare and complete waste of time. Wouldn't recommend unless you're willing to sell under price, in Essex and enjoy making endless phonecalls for information.
