Not only was he the main link for keeping communications throughout the chain, but his expertise was probably the main factor that prevented the entire chain from collapsing at one point. On the odd occasion where Frank wasn't available, there was always someone else to help or pass on messages to him. I won't hesitate to use Balgores when I next decide to sell my home.
