Robinson Michael & Jackson - Gravesend

I've just reneted a property, and could not thank Libby and Ellie enough for making a stressful process go so smooth. The team is efficient, professional, kind and realiable. I would reccoment RMJ over any other estate agents.

RMJ have been totally professional and helpful from my initial meeting with Lily through to Jo and Nicola, the sales progression team. Completion has been achieved in just under 4 months and they have kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommended

This was my first let with Robinson Michael Jackson in Gravesend. I have have used letting agents in the past and I am amazed by how much better in every department this agency is. The level of organisation and efficiency is fantastic. They really know their stuff and are on top of all the legal, financial and practical details. Their systems work and they are responsive to concerns and queries. The tenant selection process is based on finding a good fit for the landlord, the tenant and the property. This approach really takes the stress out of letting out a property. These are qualities I never expected to find in this business and I we feel very lucky to have found and worked with the team including Simon, Ellie, Ella and Libby. If you are thinking of renting your property or looking for a rental property I would wholeheartedly recommend the guys at Robinson Michael Jackson. The whole process from my initial phone call to signing the tenancy agreement took less than 10 days, I felt fully supported and informed throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble and they found me the perfect tenant. Sincere thanks again to Ella, Ellie, Simon and Libby for making this one of the best EVER service experiences I have had. AMAZING work, AMAZING TEAM :) Miss Sev Banaz

Excellent service and support in buying process.

Great team at Gravesend on selling our home, especially Andy and Tammy with selling and Jo updating me through the whole process not only efficency but friendly and knowledgeable too xxx

The staff here are so supportive and friendly, especially Lily who helped me to sell my home, her knowledge and expertises were much appreciated, and a big thank you to her for dealing with my thousands of questions. Would highly recommend using RMJ.

I recently had the pleasure to use Robinson Micheal and Jackson in the process of purchasing a new home. From the beginning they demonstrated professionalism and expertise in their field and I also had the pleasure to work in Ryan. Ryan provided valuable insights into the housing market and had a dedication into finding me the perfect home.

Great staff who made what is typically a very stressful experience of selling your house a lot less taxing with their tremendous support. In particular Lily made our experience that much easier keeping us in the loop and making sure all our queries were handled she was very professional but still a friendly and approachable demeanour. We were very grateful to have had such a positive experience and would recommend for anyone interested in selling and buying.

Working with Ryan at Robinson Michael & Jackson was great. Ryan really knows his stuff about the local housing scene, and he made everything super easy. He understood what I was looking for, kept things clear and straightforward in our communication, and paid attention to all the little details. If you're looking for a home, I highly recommend going through the process with Ryan at Robinson Michael & Jackson
