I was very pleased with RMJ from start to finish. Reece impressed me at the valuation stage with his knowledge of the market and genuine interest in selling my property. He valued the property higher than any other local agent that attended and convinced me that he would achieve this realistic price. The house sold within 4 weeks of the valuation. When the first buyer dropped out, Andy, the branch manager became involved and found another buyer the following day. I was kept up to date throughout by the friendly staff. I would highly recommend RMJ, they deserve to be the Gravesend market leader.

I'm so pleased that we decided to sell with RM&J. Reece handled out account, he was always so professional, helpful and patient throughout my many questions! He called regularly to update me on any interest in the property which I found really helpful and it was a weight off my mind to be kept in the loop with no effort on my part. He provided really helpful advice throughout the process and negotiated a price for the house that we were happy with. I would like to say a massive thank you to all of the sales team who conducted the many viewings on the property. They were so accommodating to people wanting to view the property to ensure that we didn't lose potential buyers. They conducted viewings during the day, evening and weekend and often squeezed people in at the last minute. I would also really like to thank Nicola and Jo in the sales progression team who answered many a query from me and did their best to ensure that the buyers had everything together so that the sale could proceed quickly and to ensure that we could teach a mutually agreeable completion date. I chose RM&J because I knew I wouldn't have time to deal with viewings and chase things up and they were worth every penny for the stress that they took out of the whole process.

Used RM&J as my agency to let out my property and couldn't have been more than impressed with the job they did! Tremendous job by Chloe, Abigail and Petra. I had another agency come round at the same time, but the reason i actually went with these guys was because of Chloe, people buy into people and then businesses. She carried out everything with such professionalism. Abigail did a fantastic job on the open house and actually got me multiple offers and Petra's legal knowledge and getting the deal all closed and sealed was second to none! Overall a great job and these 3 ladies are definitely a credit to the business!

Great experience with RMJ. From start to finish, it has been perfect. Communication was top notch throughout, we were always kept in the loop. Towards the end we were even getting better updates from the team here than we were the solicitors. Cant recommend enough - thanks to Andy, Tom, Lily, Jo and Nicola - and anyone else we interacted with. They are quick to answer the phone, always returned our calls if they missed our call and were efficient with chasing up all parties and to get our move through as quickly as possible.
