We had a wonderful experience with Robinson Michael and Jackson. Got a perfect house for my family. So we are very happy with the service . We are Thank you to Simon and Libby. Their communication and commitment is very appreciable. We are highly recommend Robinson Michael and Jackson.
Simon was brilliant from the very first moment I spoke to him on the phone about this house and was quite supportive throughout the process of getting my offer accepted by the landlord.
Big thanks to Lily and Tammy for getting our dream move secured
Fantastic service Everyone truly helpful and professional The very best in a testing time
Tammy has helped us through the process all the way would recommend Michael robinson Jackson estate agents
We recently bought a property through RMJ and Tammy was very helpful throughout the process, helping to smooth through bumps in the road. Thank you Tammy!
RMJ Gravesend were great from beginning to the end. They really helped with the purchase of my property and kept on top of things to progress it and get it to the finish line. If you a buying a property with them, then you are in good hands.
A sign of a good estate agent is one that actually turns up when you have made contact. Andy from RMJ did that, he took the time to listen to us, he looked round the property, including the attic and garage (which not many agents do), before giving us his honest view. Whilst we may not be selling right now, Andy has given us the confidence to know that when we do want to sell, our property will be well looked after and the sale effectively managed.
My partner and I have had such a brilliant service provided by Lily, Tammy, Nicola and Jo at RM&J, to cover the sale of my partners property and for the purchase of our now new property. The team at RM&J were always contactable, were very reasonably priced and helped chase up matters with solicitors and other parties when needed, as well as fully keeping us in the loop with progress and next steps throughout the whole process to completion; I highly recommend RM&J.
Having never dealt with Robinson Michael & Jackson in Gravesend and now having direct experience of both buying and selling through them, I can recommend them without hesitation. The team were great throughout and given the tough market environment at the end of 2023/start of 2024, they remained focused, engaged and sought routes to support a successful outcome. They always took/returned my calls, with key points of contact clear through the process. Tammy always remained positive and transparent. As a Manager, I cannot fault Andy's approach. Again, always contactable, provided support and guidance when needed, whilst achieving results within the realms of what we desired. A super team, with a wider network of offices and expertise. Thanks all at RMJ!
