Thoroughly professional throughout the purchase of our new home. Kept us up to date with where things were sitting in the chain and providing updates. Would recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson.

I am very happy with Robinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend Estate Agents service with property purchase. Especially Jo Rossiter the Sales Progressor help me with start to end of my property purchase process. Thank you for service .

I was very pleased with the service I received from Robinson Michael and Jackson. The first meeting at the house was carried out sympathetically, without hurrying, everything was discussed in detail, including things I hadn't thought of. From then on the team at Robinsons kept me informed at every stage through to completion. They were always happy to answer any queries I had.

The team at Robinson Jacksons Gravesend office made everything clear and simple for me and my partner when buying our 1st home. We were kept in the loop of everything going on and updated of things very quickly. We came across some bumps in the road (not the teams fault) and it was all dealt with really well and fairly stress free! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

It has been an exciting experience doing business with Robinson Michael & Jackson. We appreciate their promptness, clear communication and empathy. Ellie was amazing at house viewings, managing landlord and tenant relations and following up with us. Libby has been fantastic with administrative support and so have Simon and Ella been helpful.

Really happy with the support and service we received from RMJ during the sale of my late mother’s house. The advice and market guidance that Andy and the team gave was spot on and the house sold fairly quickly. Further, they took a lot of the hassle out of the sale by giving regular proactive updates. They also have good processes for things like booking viewing appointments and they always responded very quickly to any query I sent them. If you needed them, they were there. The whole process felt easy and straight forward from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, they are excellent.

I had an excellent experience with Robinson Michael and Jackson, thanks to the great team Tammy, Andy, Lily, Emma. Didn’t think I would be able to sell my house in this current market and moving home is very stressful. Their expertise and dedication and perseverance made it happen and less stressful. They were supportive and they kept on top of the solicitors at all times as well. They were attentive, responsive, and guided me through the process. I highly recommend their team for anyone seeking reliable and supportive estate agents. Thanks so much team! Vinder

Absolutely amazing experience with these guys. I would like to thank Simon and Ella on making an extremely stressful time so much better. They made so much effort in helping us with our search for a new home and keeping our minds at ease. Thankyou guys!

I have recently completed the letting of my flat and have received excellent service from the team. Of particular note, I would like to thank Ellie Eccleston who carried out the initial valuation and has been a great contact. I would also like to mention Ella Smith from the Gravesend branch. Both Ella and Ellie have always responded quickly to any queries I have. Lastly, I would to thank Libby Welch, the lettings admininstrator from the Maidstone branch. She made the completion seemless.

I'm not selling their market, I'm giving a testimony based on my experience. Thanks for looking out Ellie, Emma & Simon. Cheers
