Robinson Michael & Jackson - Gravesend

Thank you for a really positive and successful experience. Despite the market being slow at the end of 2023, RMJ patiently persevered to get the price I needed for my sale. Tammy and Jo in the sales progression team were fantastic and relentlessly chased everyone in the chain to ensure that we successfully exchanged ahead of the target completion date. I was regularly updated and couldn’t really have asked for a better service. Thank you so much 😊

Great result with Andy and RMJ securing full asking price for our property on the day we met him, and before it had even been formally marketed - what more can you ask for! Andy clearly knows his market and clients intimately and is a shrewd broker of deals without doubt. The quick sale of our property ensured we could then make an offer on our perfect home in Norfolk without risk or delay. Thereafter, Jo, Nicola and the team at RMJ acted with persistence and determination to keep the solicitors in check to ensure deadlines were met for all parties within the sales chain. Not a easy feat to balance individual needs and deadlines against navigating some challenging behaviours from the solicitors, but with Andy's subtle help at a senior level, deadlines were met with the sale completing at the earliest anticipated date. We were originally unsure about RMJ, specifically around asking price, but we are very pleased with the outcome and couldn't have hoped for better during what is still considered a difficult housing climate. Thanks go to Andy, Jo, Nicola and all the team at RMJ, Gravesend for a great outcome on all fronts!

Very helpful team. Everything rent smoothly. One of the best agencies I must say

RMJ did an absolute fantastic job in not only selling our house quickly but also with our forward purchase. Why choose this agent rather others; 1. Correct market valuation based on the knowledge of the local market. 2. They actively try to sell your house and get viewings. They were efficient in letting you know who and when people were viewing. 3. Great in-house separate sales progression team. No call centre or agent who doesn't care once sold. Jo and Nicola were there to push the sale/purchase along and deal with issues as they arose. Would always recommend RMJ

Ellie, Ella, Simon & Libby & where all great throughout the entire process of letting our property. The team produced a very professional and effective marketing strategy that successfully found a suitable tenant in a short space of time. The team at Robinson & Jackson have been a huge help and have guided me through the letting process, always happy to help and answer questions. Will definitely be using them again in the future and would certainly recommend the team to others.

Second time wonderful service experience with the Robinson Michael team . Ellie was the single point of contact for me and she managed the process from beginning to closure professionally . Its has been an amazing service experience !!!

I’ve had a really good experience renting my property out with Robinson Jackson Gravesend; they found and vetted a tenant for me very quickly and the tenancy started within 3 weeks of me putting my property up for rent. Clear communication throughout, transparent around fees and I thought the customer service from the whole team was excellent.

Discovering our future home through Robinson Michael & Jackson filled us with immense happiness. Their unparalleled support and friendliness made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Choosing them was undoubtedly the best decision we made, and we're immensely grateful to every member of their team. However, a special note of gratitude goes to Tammy for her exceptional dedication and assistance. With heartfelt thanks to Robinson Michael & Jackson and a special appreciation for Tammy, we eagerly anticipate the wonderful memories we'll create in our new home.

Fantastic group. Very tentative and friendly. A pleasant experience and would recommend to everyone

I have just sold my flat with RMJ at Gravesend and wanted to praise Andy and his team. Their attention to detail and constant updates made everything go like clockwork. More than that was an allowance for my medical condition and dificulty sometimes to concentrate. They helped me get through the whole thing. I tell anyone I meet that RMJ is the Agent of choice for me, and I avoid the nightmare stories that I sometimes hear from other people . Thankyou Robinson Michael Jackson
