i would give no stars if i could they are usless

They lied to me and made me paying only by myself for a 3 bedroom house told me I would pay less but after 2 months they changed their mind saying lies. I also needed to pay an other 180£ fee for the house to be on the market even if wasn't my fault that the other guy leaved. I rented one house from Martin&Co with an other guy. That guy leaved the house and I told them I cannot afford to pay the rent, they told me now all the responsability for the rent is mine and if I cannot leave it because they will charge me. After a while they told me I can pay 40£ less as the landlord said that but after I paied an other 2 months told me they will take this 40£ from my deposit. So that guy leaved the house and nobody cares about him and I should pay all the rent by myself even I don't afford this. Not happy with their service and they are not fair at all with tenants.BIG LIERS.

Never returned my security deposit. Claimed there were deductions but I didn't agree them. Very upset. Do not recommend this place. The fees were extortionate.

Absolutely useless. Arranged a viewing was told we would receive a call to confirm. Never received a call and when we phoned to find out we're the agent was (20 mins after the arranged time) we got told we was suppose to phone and confirm and that no one was coming out and couldn't get anyone else out. I took the afternoon of work missing out on half a days wages for this company to mess me about. Avoid this useless team/company!
