Awful agency and staff! Moved our key collection appointment twice, second time even without asking if it’s fine with us. Wasted time, holiday and money because of them!! Rude and unprofessional staff. They moved the first appointment so they could have more time to take pictures and clean the property, and on the day we’re supposed to collect keys, they still don’t know what time we can pick them up and tell us the property is still not ready! Wish I read all these reviews prior to choosing this agency. Absolutely do not recommend them. Would of gave them 0 star if there was an option.

Very unprofessional and incompetent company. They have rebooked the appointment for pick up of our keys on 2 separate occasions. The second time round they have emailed us on Saturday morning notifying us that the early Monday morning appointment is now being moved to a late afternoon. As a result of this I've lost 2 days of holiday and money that was paid to a man with a van. When I rang the branch the manager offered absolutely no help.

Don’t believe any of the 5 star reviews, these were clearly done by staff to try to get the overall up! Absolutely terrible customer service! The state of the flat I started renting from them was disgusting! And despite getting a report from somebody just prior to taking the keys which said “needs a good clean”, there was a thick layer of grease over every surface in the kitchen, all extractor fans are caked in gunk, the banister leading upstairs was covered in spilt tea and food, and the building is all around awful. Even when agreeing a move-in date, they forgot to agree a time with me for the handover so didn’t put it in their diary, I only found this out as I rang them to find out why I hadn’t heard anything, just days before I was due to move in?! Nearly lost £150 on a moving van due to their mess. Gave them a list of things that were an issue and wanted to know what would be done, like the fact that the oven had no markings left on it so you couldn’t what setting you had on anything. Or the fact that the aerial sockets don’t work in either room so I have no tv to be able to watch. Weeks later I chased them up, as I’ve had to do every single step of the way, and only then did I hear anything about it. Still no aerial though, after a couple of months of being here. Bet they’d have been straight on the phone if I hadn’t paid my rent though! I will never make the mistake of using this company again, and I feel angry at myself for having given them the benefit of the doubt after reading some of their bad reviews.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Absolutely the MOST horrible, unprofessional, lying, cheating Estate Agency I have ever in my life dealt with. Dawn and Lucy mislead us throughout the purchase process for nearly two month and ending up not to complete. Anyone with healthy rational thinking would not deal with them even if they sell your dream house! Avoid if you don't want to end up with losing money and being lied to.
