As first time buyers it was truly an eye opening experience into how stressful buying a house could be, whether it be being told they will put the house back on the market after only been given a week to get some quotes as the house had some problems with it or having to deal with some members of staff who seemed a little inconsiderate at times. Two people who were great, very helpful and friendly were Lucy and Stephen so thank you to both of them. Overall I was just happy to have it all over and done with.

Friendly and welcoming when go into office and when phone them up, they will try hardest ro answer all question or problems you have

I hate to be a doubter, nor do I wish to be a pain, but my experience with Martin and Co was very poor. I went to one viewing and was totally ghosted forevermore, with not so much as a callback for confirmation of any kind. It has been more than two weeks now, and it's utter silence. I myself have called, and heard nothing. Evan, bless him, did a good job and was inherently trying to help, even if his actual competency was quite low.

BEAWARE FOR THIS AGENCY! :( DO NO DO ANY DEAL WITH THEM ,deposit you not gonna see when you will leave the propety,even when you do proffesional clean IN HOUSE ,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! THIS IS HAPPEN NOW IN 2025, Tenant for many years through these unprofessional agents. Would not recommend to tenants or landlords.

Absolutely shocking service .....or should I say lack of. I really didn't want to even submit a single star but since that is the lowest rating and zero was not an option 1 star it is! Viewed a property, filled out relevant forms and followed up with phone calls for an update on the application progression but nobody wanted to discuss or return calls/drop me an email to notify me of the current situation so gave up and rented with another company.

Have asked these people to sort out the disgusting state of the front garden of one of there H M Os it’s so bad that the bushes are actually blocking the public footpath and could take someone’s eye out is also causing damage to fence pictures have been sent to them and nothings been done shambles of an organisation
