I have rented through various Gants in the past and although they have been professional and did their job there was no human element, I thought all agents were the same until I contacted belvoir in Grantham when they had a property I was interested and I could not believe the service I recieved. I had been through a very difficult time over a couple of years and my situation was not straightforward, Simone was the lovely young lady who took my call and was the most lovely and helpful person, I arranged the viewing and to visit them to discuss things and it was a very positive experience, I am disabled and sometimes takes me a long time to get to places and my journey from Nottingham was not the best with road works etc and I was very late and was becoming quite stressed, I rang Simone to inform her and she was so great and told me not to worry and just to get there when I could , Simone was so different, she was very professional as she should be and very knowledgable about the letting process however she had that extra something that is lacking in so many people these days ...EXCELENT customer service and the vary rare HUMAN KINDNESS and actually listened to my situation and was commits to helping me rent the property I wanted. The whole team at Grantham were lovely and helpful but Simone went above and beyond to make my experience as trouble free as possible, she was so kind I was reduced to tears at one point, a very emotional time for me and she looks after me with a genuine caring attitude. I found the whole experience very positive even though the actual property was not the best when I first moved in and they do not deal with the properties once they are rented they still helped me as much as they could to liaise with the landlords. If I moved again It will be with belvoir I don't think I would go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property in the area, however I would want to deal with Simone and if she ever moved to another agent I would have to follow her too as at the end of the day as wonderful and professional as belvoir were it was Simone who made the experience a positive one. The only downside was COFFEE...... NO COFFEE, LOL , come on girls offering potential clients when they come to make their applications a drink is a must in my book. Take that customer service one step further and add the human element and set yourself apart from the other faceless robotic other agents , moving house is very stressful, we need coffee , 😀😘 Thank you belvoir for all your kindness and help and EXCELENT customer service And THANK YOU Simone for all of the above and that little bit more , you are a very lovely lady xxxx

We moved to Grantham in 2014

We moved to Grantham in 2014 and rented our first home through another local Agent. Typically we had issues that needed to be resolved by the Landlord; water leaks, faulty fittings etc. We notified the letting agent and, whilst they appeared to be responsive to our needs, the communication flow between us>them>landlord was terrible. We assumed this is normal when renting a property. We were mistaken! We subsequently moved and rented a new home through Belvoir. The application process was seamless and our Agent (Wendy) is always responsive to our needs. Wendy goes above and beyond our expectations in ensuring any questions/concerns (and gripes!) are actioned. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to rent a property in Grantham or the surrounding villages to use Belvoir.

A great service , very efficient , fast and helpful. Carly French listened to our needs and found exactly what we needed in a very short time. The after service has also been very good and we will recommend belvoir lettings to all our friends.

Belvoir found a tenant for me and supervised the exit of the former tenant. They were professional in their manner and helpful.

Natalie and Hannah were so supportive throughout the whole process of getting a house through Belvoir. The online systems are easy and efficient to use and takes the pain out of the paperwork. I love my new home!
