Belvoir Grantham has acted on my behalf over a period of more than 10 years, first as a landlord, then during the sale of 2 houses and currently as a tenant. I have been thoroughly impressed with their service throughout that time in all 3 roles. Everyone with whom I have had dealings has been unfailingly friendly, helpful and efficient. Especially noteworthy was the way in which they protected me from accepting an offer from an enthusiastic buyer who promised no chain, quick completion and more than the asking price, but whom it turned out did not have access to the necessary funds. An ideal buyer was subsequently found within the week. Belvoir Grantham has served me well and continues to do so. I have no hesitation in recommending them heartily.

Twice within a week we have

Twice within a week we have had to contact Belvoir due to a failure with the toilet and then more seriously a burst water pipe in the kitchen. In both instances our phone call was dealt with politely, sympathetically and more importantly immediately. The plumbers sent each time to make repairs were also VERY efficient and competent. Wendy is a credit to Belvior. Even returning a missed call from us. Thank you.

My first dealings with

My first dealings with Belvoir was by meeting Carly, who was very friendly, efficient and explained everything I needed to know in a very easy but professional manner. Also to point out that when Carly was not available the other members of the team who I dealt with were also very helpful, friendly, but still keeping that professional presence. My experience with Belvoir has been excellent. Everything required of them was done swiftly and courteously. Although the service doesn't cover everything a traditional letting agent would, what they do cover is done with an excellent level of service, and the saving is immense. I will certainly be using them again.

As a landlord living abroad, when we had a problem with a leak in our house, Leanne took charge of the situation, and did all the hard work contacting the insurance company etc. She put our mind at rest and made sure everything went to plan with the repairs.
