I can not say enough about
I can not say enough about the staff at StPeters Hill. They have been extremely helpful,polite, and courteous, nothing seems to much trouble. It was the best decision I ever made. From the momment i walked into the office, Carly's very profesional approach and help was extremely needed and given. Especially at a time when i needed it. This was approx a year ago. The staff are amazing and this comes from the top. I can totally trust them to look after my mothers property which takes a great deal of pressure of me. THANK YOU. Mary Sansom.

I met Tom on our first tour
I met Tom on our first tour of my new residence - as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces and preparing for a 3 year posting to the UK I was somewhat bewildered by the rental process and the difference between Canada and the UK - Tom and the rest of the Staff at Belvoir made the letting process a breeze - thanks to all of the staff at the office and further to Tom's excellent outstanding customer service, Hannah ensured the plethora of paperwork, documentation and signatures to secure my house, via electronic means, went as smooth as possible. My family and I are looking forward to our move in the next few days and spending 3 glorious years in the UK, and specifically Grantham and Lincolnshire ! ! ! Chris M.

I would highly recommend
I would highly recommend belvoir lettings. My Company, Somerby Estates, has been letting property since 1974 and have always done everything 'in house' but decided that we didn't have the time to deal with the letting side anymore. We tried two other letting agents in Grantham of which we was unhappy with and then we moved to Belvoir Lettings, which is by far more professional and superior to any of the others we tried, we would highly recommend them. Carly and the team are very understanding of our requirements, they find suitable tenants always, unlike other agents who are just after a fee, and take away the hard work out of the process.

Due to I'll health our sales
Due to I'll health our sales agent had to take a step back her replacement for the task of do the negotiations of the sale of ours house was Morgan. We found Morgan to be quite young to be thrown into the deep end in the final stages Of the sale. But the young man did shine he showed professionalism and patience with us.
