This is the second time I have dealt with Belvoir Lettings and so far they have been the only lettings agency that have, in my opinion, done the job properly. Always polite, always helpful and incredibly easy to deal with. Massively impressed by Simone, who we dealt with exclusively and who almost felt like a friend rather than an agent. Thank you personally from us. We really felt taken care of by Belvoir, rather than exploited as we have felt many times with other agencies. Keep up the good work! She is very pleasant to deal

She is very pleasant to deal with, enthusiastic and a great problem solver. Any jobs we ask her to do she gets on with promptly and keeps us informed on progress. Overall an efficient member of staff in a company that has always looked after our interests very well.

As a tenant of Belvoir Grantham I have been extremely happy with the service I have received - all staff members are very helpful especially property managers Wendy Lee and Leanne McAllister any property issues have been dealt with promptly and to a high standard couldn't recommend them enough.

We were new to the renting

We were new to the renting market, but Wendy has made the process simple and stress free. When there has been an issue, she has been extremely prompt in getting someone to come and have a look at it. The tradesmen she employs are reliable and polite and I feel happy to leave them in my home whilst I am not there. I could not rate them highly enough... thank you :) Wendy's response to emails and phone calls are quick and if she cannot solve the problem there and then, she will tell you and further arrangement will be made -she is ACE!

From the first viewing with Belvoir to the most recent contact they have been friendly, professional and respectful. They have been clear on all aspects of my tenancy including the charges, which were reasonable. My only slight grumble would be text alerts to get my utility bills sorted with their prefered provider were a pain. As for the lovely lady who first showed us round and my subsequent contact with Simone from the st peters hill office, it has been an absolute pleasure. Thank you.

I needed a property to rent quickly and had to be able to take my pets. The whole team went out of their way to find me a home and made the whole renting prosess easy and the aftercare has also been great.
