I recently rented a flat with Northwood and I cannot speak highly enough of Aimee. She was so on the ball and always kept me up to date with everything. From before I moved in until after I moved out she was always quick to reply to emails, answering my many, many questions and passing any information back and forth between myself and the landlord. She made the whole process of moving in and out so easy and she routinely made visits out to the flat to check that everything was okay.
