Belvoir Letting is a very friendly and efficient place. We have been using them for over a few years now and have never had any problems and look after our property very well. Would highly recommend them.

They invest real energy, commitment and a can-do attitude to their clients both landlords and lessees, responding at pace to enquiries and endeavouring to make solutions happen as quick as possible.

Update: If you are a landlord please stay away from this company by all means necessary. Tenants who have occupied my property left it dirty, damaged and in a state requiring repair. This has even been documented by Belvoir during the end tenancy inspection. I have raised this with Belvoir. Today I spoke to Safe Deposits Scotland, as Belvoir do not communicate with me. I was told that Belvoir have not been in contact with SDS at all and if they do not contact them by tomorrow, tenants will get full deposit back and I will be out of pocket (having spend a lot of money fixing the damage). I have therefore called Kevin at Belvoir who blatantly lied to me on the phone, first claiming they were in touch with SDS then telling me he has only been dealing with the tenant. Basically Belvoir is running a scam on me. They have failed to carry out any inspections during the tenancy and allowed the flat to be left in quite a state and now trying to mess me about even further by sheer wilful negligence. Avoid them at all cost. Belvoir Estate Agents should be avoided at all costs. The communication provided by the staff members can be described as unhelpful and hostile - when one is actually able to get in contact with them at all as more often than not calls go to automated message that doesn't allow leaving a voicemail. The agency was meant to hand in notice to my tenants as instructed by me via email. They haven't done it for a month. I have found this out a month later when I called to check in. Now towards the end of the tenancy they are misinforming the tenant and causing delay with the tenant moving out, which has now resulted in me being unable to sell this flat and get a new mortgage.

I’m currently a tenant in a property managed by Ashleigh and Amanda and have had a very difficult experience. I was served a 28-day notice to leave but have received no confirmation that legal eviction proceedings have started through the First-tier Tribunal. Despite making multiple formal offers to repay rent arrears (including £1,000 per week), I have received no response. The property has no valid gas safety certificate, ongoing structural issues, and is unsecured at the rear due to a broken fence. I’ve contacted South Lanarkshire Council and the tribunal due to concerns about the condition of the home and the pressure to leave with three young children one who is Autistic and is finding this situation very difficult. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support — I hope others are treated more fairly. They have responded below stating I don’t reply to emails if I really wanted to I could screenshot them and put them in this review - I actually have one from then yesterday that I replied to from Amanda and one from Ashleigh the day before still offering to pay but they don’t acknowledge them.
