Heard many bad things about letting agents before coming to the UK. Belvoir were the exact opposite. Sharon and Pauline were always very responsive and took care of issues as quickly as possible. They even happily accommodated frequent schedule changes caused by COVID/BREXIT at the end of my tenancy and were an overall pleasure to work with.
