Belvoir is the best letting agency we've ever encountered! Sharon and her team are so kind, thoughtful, hard working, attentive, responsive, and so much more. As tenants, we had various mini emergencies (which are even harder to tackle during a global pandemic) and we would sometimes have to contact them out of hours, and I always felt so awful. But their team never hesitated to help and would go OUT of their way to fix issues asap. They are just outstanding and I can't recommend them enough! Heard many bad things about letting agents before coming to the UK. Belvoir were the exact opposite. Sharon and Pauline were always very responsive and took care of issues as quickly as possible. They even happily accommodated frequent schedule changes caused by COVID/BREXIT at the end of my tenancy and were an overall pleasure to work with.
