Belvoir Estate Agents should be avoided at all costs. The communication provided by the staff members can be described as unhelpful and hostile - when one is actually able to get in contact with them at all as more often than not calls go to automated message that doesn't allow leaving a voicemail. The agency was meant to hand in notice to my tenants as instructed by me via email. They haven't done it for a month. I have found this out a month later when I called to check in. Now towards the end of the tenancy they are misinforming the tenant and causing delay with the tenant moving out, which has now resulted in me being unable to sell this flat and get a new mortgage.
