I'm a Belvoir tenant. On Tuesday I started having problems with the boiler (low pressure, I had to fill the system twice a day). I reported this to Belvoir and asked for a plumber to come the next day. After running tests he told me the boiler needed to be replaced. I had a new boiler fitted on Thursday afternoon! A big thank you to all the Belvoir team (especially for Gillian) for their promptness and quality of service and also to Stephen and his guys from Gas Assured Scotland for quick and neat installation.

We used Belvoir to rent out our flat in Partick for a couple of years and thought they were excellent agents. Such a beautiful property which is a perfect place to make into a home. The property is located in a brilliant area as it is close to the city centre and transport. Angie was very helpful and gave me lots of information on the property and the area, she was lovely to speak to In general!.
