I had a fantastic experience with Kevin and the team at Belvoir, they were all so helpful and friendly during my interactions with them. All of my questions were answered quickly and the whole process was very easy!

I'm a Belvoir tenant. On Tuesday I started having problems with the boiler (low pressure, I had to fill the system twice a day). I reported this to Belvoir and asked for a plumber to come the next day. After running tests he told me the boiler needed to be replaced. I had a new boiler fitted on Thursday afternoon! A big thank you to all the Belvoir team (especially for Gillian) for their promptness and quality of service and also to Stephen and his guys from Gas Assured Scotland for quick and neat installation.

Have just used Belvoir for the first time to let out a flat and have received exceptional service right from the very first informal meeting. We recently made the decision to sell with them and they achieved a good price but importantly made the process smooth. This was especially important as we live overseas.
