I’m currently a tenant in a property managed by Ashleigh and Amanda and have had a very difficult experience. I was served a 28-day notice to leave but have received no confirmation that legal eviction proceedings have started through the First-tier Tribunal. Despite making multiple formal offers to repay rent arrears (including £1,000 per week), I have received no response. The property has no valid gas safety certificate, ongoing structural issues, and is unsecured at the rear due to a broken fence. I’ve contacted South Lanarkshire Council and the tribunal due to concerns about the condition of the home and the pressure to leave with three young children. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support — I hope others are treated more fairly.
