Excellent. Sale for full asking price first day. There were difficulties along the way throughout the chain. But Brad was across our sale and purchase and every other part of the chain and with his dogged determination he was solely responsible for a successful conclusion, an asset to the team. Communication was faultless and we were kept informed every step of the way. Cathy you have an excellent team, everybody we dealt with was informative and reassuring. Thank you.
