I was looking to rent a property outside of London (which is where I live now), when I came across one from Romans. Nick Smith dealt with my tenancy process and he was always very helpful and always there when I needed. Very friendly and gave all the attention needed, answered all the questions I had and helped me with the documentation as well as making sure the house is completely ready for a move in.
