Please be very careful before choosing Romans to manage your property. They so called managed our property for 2 years and this was the first time we had let a property. Romans are very good at taking the money from the tenant but very poor at passing it on to us the landlord. Over the 2 year period we had to chase Romans for payment on numerous occasions even though they had been paid by the tenant. Also, when we had a maintenance issue with the property, they did not liaise with us and left it to the tenant to contact us direct, which made the issue worse and created discomfort fir the tenant. In short, Romans are not worth the money they are going to take from you!
