We recently moved to our new home in Fleet, and can definitely say that we are glad it was Romans handling the sale. As we had to come from Canterbury, without a car, Matt kindly met us at the station and drove us back and forth, on four occasions. Once, at a particularly busy time, he even rose from his sick bed especially to meet us - this is what I would describe as dedication "above and beyond the call of duty". Both he and Amy couldn't have been kinder, nor more friendly: answering all our questions clearly, concisely and punctually; dealing and liaising with all concerned in order to smooth our path and bring the relocation to a satisfactory conclusion. Once in, they showed us how everything worked, offering advice on local facilities and transport - in short, nothing was too much trouble.. Gratefully Nigel and Eden
