As a first time buyer there were obvious uncertainties on my side, but Chris was patient and had a good understanding of the process which was very helpful. Khalid was also good to deal with and to the point (given his experience). Overall experience with Ellis was positive. As a feedback point, I would have appreciated more active and clearer communication but this can be easily improved.

I have used Ellis & Co for over 6 years to help let my property and then sell it this year, and I had a good relationship with the team. The team are responsive and Khalid, the director, was particularly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the sale of our property especially when progress was slow and we were frustrated. I would happily use them again.
