Khalid and Christopher are professional and courteous and a pleasure to have as estate agents. The completion of my house took longer than expected, and during this time I kept Khalid updated and he assisted in expediting matters where he could. After I completed, they surprised me with a gift and posted local information about the area. I thorough recommend their professionalism as estate agents.

Just sold our flat via Ellis & Co. We saw about 4 agents in the area without feeling fully convinced by any one of them until a friend recommended we see Ellis & Co. The Director, Khalid, came out to meet us and by the end of that first meeting, we knew they were the ones for us. Khalid has decades of experience in the industry, knows the local area, actually listens and frankly honest (we all know this is a rare trait with estate agents). He showed a real enthusiasm for our property, shared thoughts immediately on how he would market it, and respected our needs to work viewings around our family life. My one criteria upon selecting Ellis was to only have a strong singular point of contact throughout the sale and Khalid made good on that. On top of that, he kept an open door to any questions we had, including those related to an onward purchase we were making via another agency. Perhaps little known but Ellis are also active in the local community and I learnt after the fact that they donated to the primary school fundraising efforts my son attends (giving back is a rare thing, and Ellis did not demand advertising boards as part of that). As property sales go, we had a few high stress moments during the sale but Khalid was personally on top of all those moments, with timely updates to us via email & phone, and worked really with with our solicitor in the final stages to push things through at a time when we were abroad whilst all the other parties in the chain felt like draggers. I simply cannot recommend Ellis & Co. more and would not hesitate to go with them again. In summary, all the good stuff: - knowledgeable & approachable - professional attitude, well-staffed (kudos to Khalid, Costas, Chris, Julie) - strong communications (inc. the automated notifications & reminders for viewings and responsiveness by email daily) - personalised service (single point of contact, and adhered to our requirements) - competitive pricing - collaborative (working with all other parties, solicitors, agents in the chain) - over & above (making time to answer questions about general questions, onward purchase - stuff unrelated to our sale) - reliable & dedicated (pushed the sale through the points in time when others in the chain seemed to be flagging a little) - genuine & pleasant people

Khalid and Costa from the sales team have been absolutely fantastic. They represented the seller of my new house and went out of their way to support me and the seller to ensure a smooth completion despite few complications we had along the way that wasn’t in their control.
