Completed a purchase for a flat in Finchley in April 2017, primarily dealing with Chris. As a first time buyer there were obvious uncertainties on my side, but Chris was patient and had a good understanding of the process which was very helpful. Khalid was also good to deal with and to the point (given his experience). Overall experience with Ellis was positive. As a feedback point, I would have appreciated more active and clearer communication but this can be easily improved.
