A big thank you to Rob Chisholm, Sale manager at the Feltham branch. Without his skills, patience and passion for service delivery and perseverance my property would have not sold. A constant in every business nowadays unfortunately is to see a fast turnover of staff, leaving at a fast pace ( see branch manager and sale representative that took my instruction) and having to deal with new people at the crucial initial stage..

If Andy tells you Hounslow council will buy your property make sure they have the funds (from the government) in place, and are not buying a bulk of properties as that’s when it all goes wrong! I definately would not recommend Frosts to anyone.

Unfortunately the experience I had with Frost partnership was not a good one, they rushed the exchange on the property without proper consideration of my position. They guaranteed certain things would be done before completion which never took place. Poor customer service wouldn't recommend!

Awful service, booked a viewing and didn’t turn up, called to re arrange and couldn’t make contact, wouldn’t recommend!

An individual named Sebastian works at these premises , he and his manager Sara are a little bully crew, who are happy to try and intimidate their customers to not claim any responsibility, spoke in an absolute abominable tone to my mother ! Wouldn’t be surprised if they had rabid rats for brains !
