Karen Morris Lettings Manager at Frosts and her team have been brilliant. They are professional, honest and friendly. They recently found suitable new tenants very quickly for a property I rent out when the existing tenant gave notice very suddenly due to redundancy. They offer a personal customer focused service which sadly is often lacking with some other larger agents. I would highly recommend Frosts!

I just want to say a massive thank you to Harry, Andy & Rob from the Frost Estate Agent in Ashford for being so helpful and professional during my dealings in first time selling and buying a property. Sebastian took over managing my property with the existing tenants from a very incompetent estate agent. He went through the whole process with me and made it a smooth transition with his knowledge and experience. We recently had to get new tenants in and again Sebastian took care of the redecorating/works to the property at minimal cost, stress to myself and was always available 24/7. A big thank you to Robert who found appropriate tenants and took care of the referencing aspect. I would highly recommend the services of the lettings team at Frost Partnership to all landlords.

Rob and Sebastien were so nice with us. They help us to find a place really fast, they supported us with the movement and all details needed. Also at this time when we have some questions to make they are there for us and try to have an answer or a solution. Definitely I will recommend them and also The Frost Estate Agency.

Sebastian Rodriguez will always help you in you're search to find a property to rent, Thanks to him I was happy in my property for 7years. It was only due to unforeseen circumstance I had to move. However he was a huge help in keeping me informed of similar properties that would suit my needs and the moving process as a whole.
