Karen Morris and her team (Cheryl) in Windsor have been fantastic helping me re-let my house in Windsor. I've used Frost for years and always had good service but this time the support and advice from them was exceptional. From the moment my tenant gave (unexpected) notice to finding new tenants quickly and professionally in a very challenging lockdown / pandemic environment they dealt with it brilliantly - I was worried but it all went like clockwork. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Billy Boyle is amazing as are her team at Wraysbury. Would highly recommend them to anyone! Billy deserves a medal for her patience and negotiating skills she really is a wonderful lady!

We started our moving plans just before Covid so things were very protracted and there were some hold ups buying into a new build property. Franky Vicars dealt with us throughout starting with viewings and the ensuing difficulties. We found her very competent,reliable,reassuring and understanding when we were stressed. Franky is a true professional and I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job.

Jamie Berryman (branch manager)and his fantastic team at Feltham definitely deserve 5*plus. Totally professional, efficient and supportive each individual has unique abilities resulting in a winning team! The company also shows a great marketing presence on the Internet and provides brochures and the Frost magazine. Jamie Berryman found me the right buyer (no time wasting), negotiated the right price and introduced me to a brilliant solicitor Gavin Livsey of Roythornes Ltd. Straight road ahead then came the Coronavirus and lockdown. Jamie and Gavin worked so hard on my behalf. They made the impossible became the possible. Thank you. Highly recommend .

We have been renting our flat via Frost lettings over past 3 years and are very pleased with the service we received from day one. It was because of Sebastian Rodriguez, we entrusted Frost lettings and even till date he displays the same commitment when we signed our agreement with him. He is exceptional to the team and we can rely on him and his team at any point in time to support our requirements. It was a very pleasant experience with Georgina and Jamie towards the purchase of my first home.
