They recently found suitable new tenants very quickly for a property I rent out when the existing tenant gave notice very suddenly due to redundancy. Sebastian took over managing my property with the existing tenants from a very incompetent estate agent. He went through the whole process with me and made it a smooth transition with his knowledge and experience.
