Hi all, if you are looking at reviews I would like to give mine as a potential seller of my home! I have not decided as yet whether to sell my home, it is a hard decision after living here for 15 years! Circumstances prevail....so I have had a few agents around to test the water....sell or rent? I chose as my first agent Burns and Weber, the only reason they got a foot through my door first, is that when looking at the reviews, I noted that Dan Dewer, a Partner of Burns and Weber was the only agent that replied personally to each and every review given!! Now that impressed me!! I had my first visit from Burns and Weber from a chap called Martin Hunt, (Assistant Manager) along with others from different agents within the area. There was absolutely no comparison!! I found Martin Hunt from Burns and Weber to be really organised, he had clearly researched every question I was to throw at him and knew his stuff! I loved his enthusiasm where his colleagues were concerned and his joy for working for clearly what he felt was the Best Estate Agent around!! (In fact if I had a company, i would like to employ him to promote it) When each agent left my home I marked their business card...Martins card said 'Top Man'! I dreaded the fact that when you invite agents around for a valuation, whether that be for your own personal reasons, or a serious sale or rent, you may be bombarded with phone calls or e mails as to your response to their visit. I have only just received a very polite e mail today, just checking in, in a timely manner from this professional agents which has made this write this response. As and when I Sell/Rent my home, I will absolutely use Burns and Weber in Farnham. A very impressive Estate Agents!!
