Excellent trustworthy agent

Professional throughout - Five star
From our initial discussions to the final completion, Dan and the team at Burns & Webber have dealt with the sale of our property in a very professional manor, keeping us up to date through the whole process, I would have no hesitation in recommending them and indeed would happily use them again.

Personal, Professional and get results
Burns & Webber dealt with both the sale of my home and my onward purchase. I cannot recommend Dan Dewar and his team enough. The team always went beyond the call of duty and provided such a personal and professional service. They most certainly made the process of buying/selling a house much smoother making sure they were in constant communication with everyone involved. Burns & Webber have also sponsored several local events and are very much part of the local community.

excellent, efficient, professional trustworthy.
Would like to commend in particular the service given by jurgen ciolek. He did everything possible to find us a home.and never wasted our time showing us houses which didnt fit our brief. He was professional, proficient and a pleasure to be with. We were sorry not to have found with him as he'd invested so much quality time and effort in us. We give him a huge thankyou and our very best wishes.

Friendly, competent and always on the ball
We bought our bungalow through Burns and Webber and following a difficult sale we needed a quick purchase. Jurgen dealt with us recognising our position immediately. We viewed late on Saturday afternoon and a deal was struck that same evening with our last test from Jurgen confirming the deal at 1145 pm! We managed to complete in three weeks and four days and this was due in no small way to the help, advice and support we received throughout. We felt the service we received was exceptional topped of by a bouquet of flowers for Mrs H when we collected the keys. In summary, a faultless service from an agent we can unequivocally recommend.

Can't recommend B&W highly enough - a wonderful team of people and a seamless operation!
From pre-sale to completion Dan Dewar and his team were amazing, I can't recommend Burns & Webber in Farnham highly enough. On the sales side we have experienced that some estate agents in Farnham get people to show potential buyers around your property when they haven't even seen it themselves in advance. This was refreshingly never the case with Burns & Webber - every person who showed potential buyers our property was well prepared. Once our property was under offer, Salv was brilliant at keeping everyone in the chain informed and progress chasing to get things done on time. Salv totally had his 'finger on the pulse'. The communication between the whole team was absolutely seamless - as and when our main contact was ever on annual leave it was great to experience that we were totally unaffected. Burns & Webber are great at thinking 'outside the box' as and when we need to search for a solution to make things work. They were also very understanding of our personal situation as and when the need arose. If we ever do move again .......... I'm definitely appointing Burns & Webber! "
