Hi all, if you are looking at reviews I would like to give mine as a potential seller of my home! I have not decided as yet whether to sell my home, it is a hard decision after living here for 15 years! Circumstances prevail....so I have had a few agents around to test the water....sell or rent? I chose as my first agent Burns and Weber, the only reason they got a foot through my door first, is that when looking at the reviews, I noted that Dan Dewer, a Partner of Burns and Weber was the only agent that replied personally to each and every review given!! Now that impressed me!! I had my first visit from Burns and Weber from a chap called Martin Hunt, (Assistant Manager) along with others from different agents within the area. There was absolutely no comparison!! I found Martin Hunt from Burns and Weber to be really organised, he had clearly researched every question I was to throw at him and knew his stuff! I loved his enthusiasm where his colleagues were concerned and his joy for working for clearly what he felt was the Best Estate Agent around!! (In fact if I had a company, i would like to employ him to promote it) When each agent left my home I marked their business card...Martins card said 'Top Man'! I dreaded the fact that when you invite agents around for a valuation, whether that be for your own personal reasons, or a serious sale or rent, you may be bombarded with phone calls or e mails as to your response to their visit. I have only just received a very polite e mail today, just checking in, in a timely manner from this professional agents which has made this write this response. As and when I Sell/Rent my home, I will absolutely use Burns and Weber in Farnham. A very impressive Estate Agents!!

I can not recommend Burns and Webber in Farnham enough, from the first vist to value our home with Dan Dewar who was enthusiastic and friendly, to the professionalism throughout the sale, special thanks to Millie who helped with through emotional wobbles and then Martin Hunt who kept on top of the final completion ensuring that everything worked smoothly. I hope I never need to move again but I certainly would use Burns and Webber in future

Thoroughly recommend Burns and Webber! We bought a house from them in 2013 and was so impressed with their professionalism and honest, open approach that we commissioned them to sell the same house for us several years later. Their communication is exemplary, we always knew exactly what was going on at all stages of the process. Their advice was always considered, balanced and on-point. It definitely feels like they focus more on providing a service than chasing a commission which is very refreshing and unusual in the estate agent world! After a disastrous experience will another local agent it was a relief to find John. He gave us excellent advice about the minimum investment necessary to bring our old house sufficiently up to scratch to make it attractive. He also helped us price it for 'a quick sale' in these sluggish times. He found a buyer for us within days of it going on the market and nursed them and us through the process with no hitches, and, most importantly for us, no last minute price quibbles. More than once he visited the house to check on works as we live a distance away. All in all the service was exemplary and I only wish we had been able to use him from the off. Very highly recommended
