He suggested two excellent tradesmen to help us prepare for the sale and I guess having a good list of potential buyers in place was able to get a good buyer around as soon as we were ready to go. He followed the sale through very closely to ensure everything went well for both us and the buyer. So, highly recommended, and our thanks to John and Amanda for a job well done.
