Particular kudos must go to Kate, who has ensured that our sale has progressed at an extremely stress free and rapid rate and to Martin who was adamant that he had the perfect buyers for our property and he was proved 100% correct. We purchased our house with Burns and Webber Farnham and we cannot recommend them enough. Kate Clapham looked after us the whole way through and she was brilliant. Always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She was in constant contact with us the whole way through giving us updates. If we called to ask a question she would always chase it up and find out for us. She would get back to us quickly and if she wasn't in the office, the other team members were also really friendly and helpful and Kate would always contact as once she was back in. Burns and Webber have recently sold two properties of mine and they were excellent from start to finish .. they did what they said they were going to do and were transparent and honest in their valuations.. Edward handled the chain of properties in the sale superbly as did the other staff at the office in Farnham, Laura, Kate and Martin.
