After a rocky start with a sale falling through I was impressed by Jake who worked very hard to find me a new buyer urgently. Then Jade took over the post sales work and she has been amazing! Really helpful and proactive, chasing up all the other estate agents and solicitors each week. Handling the difficult negotiations over building works with my buyers and doing her best to make sure everyone is happy. With clear, regular updates and explaining anything I didn’t understand.
